Which motor should I use for my 32' plymouth

Like to hear some opinions on which motor I should put in my 32' PB Plymouth, I have on the stand ready to go a rowdy 360 magnum roller cam converted to carb or the 1970 426 hemi with dual 4 barrels. Regardless of choice of engine it will have a pistol grip 4 speed with 8 3/4 posi. What do you think I'm having a hard time not choosing the hemi.
