So there's a spring sale at a local speed shop and I've been labouring with deciding to buy a differential or rear disc brake kit. Talked to the wife at supper last night and layed it all out.

She says "well if there both good prices then buy both of them"

I says "Hummana hummana...I...I...WHAT!!!!!" "I Love You Honey"

So Sunday I get to buy expensive car parts and the wife told me to.

Gotta Love a gal like that guys.

Mine knows what I'm doing with my cars and never says a thing about them, I'm happy with that!

 

I wouldn't be racing if not for my wife's support on the track and off the track!

 

A happy wife is a happy life, an awesome wife is an awesome life! I found one of those too. Even though she has seen me buy tools I never use, or even know what to use them for, she encourages me to buy whatever we need to keep my brother and me happy wrenching.

 

My wife is the one that convinced me to buy the new Challenger RT I was just looking not ever expecting to buy one. You got to love them and I did buy her a dozen roses a few days later.

 

There is a lesson in this thread, I'm not sure if it's for me the wife or the two of us. All I know is I'm getting jealous guys, I need woman that will tell me to spend, no wait I don't. aha now I get it!

My son and I were first in line, I got my Auburn and my SSBC, my son got a steering u-joint and plastic back glass for his Demon. Picked up some solid lifters for me and nice headers for the truck when we build the 408, for cheap from the clearance table.

Came home showed the wife my invoice and she was ok with it, so the boy and I went back to building the car hauler in the sunshine.

Life is good, and roast beef for supper.
