dump the 360 and go to a 318!!
seriously tho, what was done to the engine? if its stock or close they dont have much pwr, due to lack of comp, and cams they are not much of a engine in stock form,

no reason to spend $$ when you dont need to switching to a pro-form wont gain you any noticeable power, they both are very good manufactures, the single plane manifold will hold back power in the lower end most single plane manifolds are made to produce power at 2500+ rpm range, wile your manifold builds power to 6500-7500 the cam is out of power range, instead of buying a new carb, id either switch to a dualplane or invest in higher comp pistons, with a bigger cam to justify a single plane manifold

You should probably swap out the single plane, that will raise the power band way up in the rpm range, and unless your driveing at Higher rpm's all the time, a duel plane would make it feel a bit more torquey at your normal drivring rpm range.
