That is a great idea, the only problem with that is that some forums have rules about advertising other forums in signatures. We are pretty lax about it here as you can tell since Steve has his forum in his sig.
Steve also has a lot of knowledge, great input and one hell of a dart build, so that helps out.

Good point Scotty, this site must be making a little dough from advertising, why can't we get stickers made like the logo or something and everyone that's willing hand em out at car shows to Mopar people ? I'd be willing to throw $10 into the sticker fund. Just an idea boys.
I can print stickers, I own a printshop.

i think if you throw some videos up on youtube of your mopars then people will watch and ask were you got this and that and blah blab blah, and you can say, then you can mention this forum. another way is local car meets, cruises, local drag races ect.
thats how i found this forum.

Im not a big fan of facebook or myspace. Have you thought of trying some of the automotive community websites like FQuick? I think the site is www.fquick.com
I think you would have less spam and rif-raf on sites like these.

OK, I'm in the minority here, but I like Facebook and MySpace.
Not only am I in the military (which means my friends now have scattered across the globe in their change of duty stations), but I also live in BFE out here in Washington. I drive 15 miles to the grocery market, all of it on a highway with ditches on both sides and agricultural enterprises. There's nothing out here.
So, IMHO, these sites give you a chance to correspond to a greater number of people more easily. If I have something to say to a particluar person, of course I can email directly or call. I still do. They are, also, of course, filled with more idiots and spammers, but it's pretty much an annoying fact of life these days.
So I vote YES for FB, even though the poll is closed. And no funny jokes b/c I said poll, dangit.

Ahuhuhuhuhuh, She said POLL! Boinginging! While I'm still opposed due to the potential of spam and idiots, I must admit there is a certain "entertainment factor" to be considered. Lets just say that "spirited" discussions keep things interesting. Every village needs an idiot!

NO I'm against it. It seems these sites are easy enough to find. The overexposure might ruin a great community of car enthusiasts and bombard us with alot of crap.
If funds are the issue I would be happy to contribute to the sticker fund and be willing to hand them out when I am at shows...

and it can bring in people who have tried things that some of us havent or dont know how to do. then if we do get a really big amount of people coming into the forum then we can start group buys off of certain companies and discounts.
plus there wont be a long wait time for a thread to be answered since it will be so active.
the more the better as long as its not spam or bots.
for example im recently in a forum for my 3000gt, there called socal3s.com and 3si.org
you can check them out and see how big the forum is and how wide of the support there is from various companys and people.
so i say yes to myspace, facebook, and youtube. i would try to announce this forum as much as possible.

i say the best way to get our name out there to the people who we would want on here, (hint: GM Dude) is to just tell people about it ourselvesif we join facebook or myspace, who knows what we'll get
