New 2-Speed Wiper Motor Questions
Good afternoon,
I purchased a new 2-speed wiper motor by A1-Cardone (part# 85-382) for our 72 Challenger and had 2 questions that I can’t seem to get a straight answer for. A1-Cardone gave me one answer and Year One gave me yet another. No one really seems to know for sure (not even the company that built them). I was wondering if anyone out there has also purchased this part and what their experience has been. 1). Does it need a separate ballast resistor or has this function been built into the new part? And 2). What is the purpose of that little black box with the hole in it just North of where you plug in the wiring harness? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
