a new heart transplant

Hey all ,sorry I havent been posting much, ive been working all the hours I can , got laid off lastweek, wanted to get a few bucks saved befroe the down time, will be off the next 2 1/2 mns. remember, I had to sell my bee? well I had kept the drive line out of it when I sold it, heh heh heh. I decided that all that money just couldnt set there in the corner, so after a few beers, a few head shakes, and a small crying sesion, i did it. I pulled the motor and trans out of my a-12 runner and am going to put the new drive line in her, the trans is getting a freshining, 2500 stahl, rev. manual valve body, and deep pan, the old dana w/ 4.10`s is coming out and the new dana w/ 3.73`s is going in , and the pierre- de resistance , a new 440, 906`s w/ 2.14`s and 1.88`s, a 509 shaft, of course the 6bl ind. .40 over w/ 10.3-1`s, , Im thinking about 40 more horse then my org. motor. I hope to have all this done in the next few weeks, Ill let you know how it pogresses.

Good to hear you again, sorry about the lay-off. Alot of us are there. Sounds like one of those labor intensive/ low dollar jobs I'm doing these days. Good luck and keep the pics coming!
