sounds like he is starting it and it doesnt get fully warmed up idling in the garage. when u store it for winter dont start it until spring

 

run the engine for about 15-20 min and check the oil while it is running. it probably is just condensation forming in the block. happens quite oftenn in my other car as well. and it doesn't have a radiator.

 

not seen any white since the first day i did,,i think it may have had something to do with the oil flush i did,,the oil is clear n fine,,and i bought a compression tester havent done it yet cause its 2 cold out but i will take to a mechanic in the spring to get a deff answer to the problem if there is one
