Overheating

I've got a 65 Polara with a 2 barrel 383 that overheats. Last year it also overheated but a new water pump and thermostat stopped that. Now it overheats again. I installed a new radiator cap and a about three years ago the radiator was rodded out at a local shop. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.

It overheats. Also the coolant was really low at last check. Could it have boiled over? This might cause a air pocket, correct?
