PCV Question

PCV Question
For any of you who have seen my motor pics I have a very interesting
question. If the rocker covers have 2 open vent breathers ( one on each side
at the front ) and one closed vent (with oil separator) that terminates via
a hose run to the back of the air filter housing, do you really think I need
a PCV valve. The motor is a 383 with tall Mopar Performance aluminum
rocker covers and I just can't figure how a 3/8 hose could maintain positive
pressure considering the volume in there is like a music hall.

The PCV creates a vacuum in the crankcase to draw out the pressurized blowby.
I believe it is essential in any engine, my son runs the PCV to a seperator with the top air vent ran to the carb manifold vacuum and drains it at oil change time.
