Anyone know of a reliable brand of chips for neon r/t's?? Found this but it's a piggy back chip and I'm guessing the answer is no but will it work without any other chips???

Welli was planning on intake and full exhaust system including aheader and high flow cat with a free flowing muffler. I was wondering g how much of gain I'd be getting from the apexi tuner, or any other tuner chip out there?
