in Wichita KS a Beachcraft king air 200 crash. Wichita mid- continent air port. on the west side of wichita. about 3-4 miles from my house. this morn. as of 12:30 4 dead, 4 in hospital. 4 missing. the plane crashed in to the mid-continent flight safety building. will have more latter.

 

Planes have always crashed..... We just hear about them more... Quit watching all that crap on T.V. It's mostly all half witted crap to ether to scare you or get you put your money in someone else's pocket.... You never get the whole story or the truth, Just what they want you to hear and get ratings..

Kind of like... "The War is over" Ya, Rite !!!!!!

 

update 1:00 pm. the plane crash is closer than i had said earlier about 1.5 miles from my house. i was going to say something but i can talk. an air plane crashing into a flight safety building? if it didnt just kill people it would be funny.

OH YA. iam just glad it happened 1.5 miles from my house. my dad would watch the planes come in and saw that the plane after plane would be at the same height with in a couple of feet.

 

I remember many years ago A private jet crashed into some apartments 1-2 miles away.
Jet fuel burns like he$$ wiped out two 4 plexes

 

the Wichita air port is to the south of my house. and in the summer the wind comes out if the south most of the time. of course the planes face the wind to take off. and in the evenings it smells like kerosene. but its not bad. but i just wish they used nitro. LOL LOL. ///// EDIT: 5:00 the news is talking about that the building could have had as many as 100 people. and they are trying to be sure of missing people. that got me to thinking that when you go into a building that you sign in to that it is very important to sign OUT to.

 

The Jet's that I go see normally dump their fuel before landing. Way to much ordnance around I guess....
Sounds to me like the Russian's are going to have a plane or 10 down if they keep messing around. There looking for something to happen to boost their economy...

Moe...How far are you from McConnell AFB ??? Time Wise?

 

McConnell AFB is on east side of town. mid-continent is on the west side of town, near me. to drive to McConnell AFB takes about 40 min, in lite traffic. but i dont drive the high way. most of the roads i would drive from the west side to McConnell AFB are 40 mph speed limit. years ago i lived 6 miles from McConnell AFB on the south side of town, from 1955 to 2006. McConnell AFB is literary across the street from Boeing, now Spirit. my dad would say about Wichita streets. " you cant get to there from here you have to start from some place else". dumping fuel? yep i have seen military do it. but they would put me in jail if i did it.
