I wanna know if i can use a roller cam into a pre-magnum block (LA engine) i know they use flat tapped.
does anybody know??

 

You can use a roller in them just fine. LA engines were using roller cams before the Magnums came along. If your motor was not an original roller cam motor you will have to go with an aftermarket set up which usually has links that link the roller lifters together to keep them strait. If it was originally a roller cam motor just use the stock style lifters and retainer plates.
