Radiator fan/pulley - loose/wobbling

I recently flushed out the cooling system on my 76 Cordoba 400 4bbl. I took it out for a drive to work the coolant through the egine and I noticed some belt squealing and a bit of a "shake". When I got home and opened the hood, I noticed the fan and pulley were "wobbling". I stopped the engine and confirmed that the pulley was loose.

Is this something that I can fix or is this the sign of a bigger problem?

And why does it always seem that I do one thing and another problem pops up? Is it just me?

As always thanks for any advise or assistance.

Is it a bad water pump or is it a bad Fan Clutch?

Watch the pulley while you wiggle the fan if the fan moves and not the pulley the fan clutch is bad, If the fan and pulley move the water pump is bad make sure the bolts are tight first
