Has anyone had any experience dealing with R/T Specialties in Falls PA?
I have used them twice, the first and last. I ordered some trim clips and a windshield washer fitting from them in December, four weeks later when they arrived, both were wrong. Sent them back with a sample and I am still waiting. If your lucky enough for him to answer the phone, he will feed you a line that they were shipped. Today he was going to check on them and call me back. Never called. All I expect is reasonable delivery times and honest answers and I have not had either. You would think in todays economy they would welcome your business and do their best to keep it.
Thanks for letting me blow off steam. It was either write this or kick the dog.

 

It's good to know this especially for others who are thinking about giving them a try. I'm sure the dog appreciates this too.

 

I got burned sent in parts to them to have matched, never heard back called repeatedly asked for return calls always the same story, oh, yes I will have him call or e-mail you. Never returned calls after I called about 4-5 times. Tryed and tryed finally I gave up, some of the worst customer service I have personally ever encountered. Not sure how they think its ok to treat customers like this and stay in business
