RTE Voltage limiter question???

RTE Voltage limiter question???
So I just got my new limiter in the mail but I realize that the mounting tab doesn't have that extra tab for what I believe is a ground. What do I do with that wire? Does anyone know what its for?RTE Voltage limiter question???-20140117_155811.jpg
