something rare?

something rare?

the other day i saw a 1962 chevy impala 2 door post. in very good shape. it looks like its ready for a car. show. gray in color. i thought that a impala not a hard top was rare. i found one guy on the internet, that said it was rare. like only done in 1962. what think?

All the Impala SS s were 2 doors.. I am not sure what you asking??? And then there is the Nomad which is a 2 door wagon...You lost me it might be I am having a senior moment...Bill

the point is most impalas are hard tops. this one was an impala POST, I.E. NON HARDTOP

iam 65 years old i dont do pics. and i took a VERY good look. and checked it out on the internet. it was an impala with a 2 door POST. i spent 5 min looking at it. NEW info. OPPS OPPS OPPS. i had the year wrong it is a 1961. i found a listing of the diff models listing an impala 2 door sedan, 1961 http://www.oldride.com/library/1961_...et_impala.html

cause it seemed to be VERY different. if you know me you DO know i dont like chevy. but if i see something rare it is interesting to me. no matter the brand. i have said in the past about chevys. they have twigs for valvetrains and rubber bands for transmissions. i have all so said it flops around like a chevy valvetrain.
