i have a late 60s sox and martin supercar clinic jacket. late 68 or early 69 my dad and i was at a sox and marttin supercar clinic, the second one we went to. and i won one of the door prizes. a blue nylon jacket with the supercar clinic patch. the next week i called to try to buy an other for my dad. i was told that they did NOT sell them. door prize only.

 

Did you give your dad the jacket? After all he did for you....

 

well no i didnt. but mostly between my dad and i if it was mine it was his, vise versea. we was very close. i really miss him. he died in 1987. now i have to put my mom in a care home in the next few weeks.

 

thats not fun... I have been there and done that.....
