trying to rebuild 1500 ram
I have a 2000 ram 1500 I am pulling the engine out and making this my project truck! When I open the hood I notice I have tons of room in this engine bay and was wondering if anyone knows whats the biggest i could throw in there. I currently Have a 5.2 liter V8 which is a 318 and like i said there is tons of room in the engine bay. Any input would be awesome thank you all for your time

you could throw in a 5.9L Magnum and have it bolt up to your tranny. That would be the easiest swap. If you go with anything else, you'll need an adaptor for your tranny or a new tranny.
The V10 is sick but the motors are expensive, let alone getting a wiring harness and computer for it, then building a tranny to handle the power. You could supercharge your 5.2 or a 5.9.
