What does this grille fit

Hi everyone,
I have this grille that for the life of me I can't figure out what vehicle it fits. Can anyone help me. Thanks in advance

I am a Buckeye and hang my head in shame. I don't know what kind of drugs that guy was on but he was able to get two cars done before the trip ended. It may have Ohio license plates but, I think he drove to Key West, Fla.
