ok guys need your help again in my 69 dart i have a **** that is located right next to my wiper switch it looks like my other switches design wise but i cant figure out what it is for it just spins you can spin it either way for as long as you want to spin it will not pull out or push in any ideas?

If its a switch of some sort can you reach behind it and tell how many wires are there (if and). It maybe a pull for a vent sometimes if not used recently they can be stuck and hard to pull.

 

i will check out the amount of wires going to it and let you know
