what i think of nascar
what i think of nascar
Nascar was started by a bunch of moonshiners. Setting on a tree stump in cow field drinking some of there own stuff. Bragging as to who had the fastest car. And started crashing each other around the cow field in there shine cars. And so could NOT drive in a stright line. Starting the TURN LEFT thing. And havent stopped drinking yet. Or banning into cars since.
Its not about who can build a better machine its about giving furd and chubby a chance to win by controling every aspect of the cars now they are all the same its not about racing its about power and the un,assalable might of sponsers
if they allowed enginers to build their own car for racing like back in the good oll days then we would see who has the best enginering. And like in the good ol days u would see chubby furds following Mopar from a distance.

you are very right. but in 1948-1949 in nascar you could not change even the jets in the carb. the reason i am sure the cars that year was stock is that a 1949 ply won 1 or two races. and a stock flathead 6 was by no stretch a fast car. i think the car bodys in nascar and nhra are checked to be some form of a copy of a stock car. many years ago i have seen NHRA have a large building that was used to inspect the stock cars and others that they meet the regulations. as far as NHRA fuel classes go. when you have have half of cars at the track you will have a good change to do good.
they turn left only cause they are so drunk they cant drive in a straight line. LOL LOL so these guys are professionals but spend 30% of the race in a car crash? i would be embarrassed. the road race guys do MUCH better than that. may be they are not drinking while driving.
