And word on Doc?

Not to stir anything else up here, but generally when you compare imports to muscle cars it's not speed its torque. Any car can go fast, but a lot of the imports have little to no torque in comparison.

I don't care for imports for two reasons.... Most if not all sounds like my lawn tractor and I have yet to see one come over with a big block that is factory and looks as sexy as a 68 dart!

How bout the fact that Ford and GM are both run by the anti-christ?
When the pres of GM was asked if he thought the dangerous cars they were producing (you know, the ones that blew up or flipped over when you looked at them funny) were what was best for the American people, he replied "What's good for GM is what's best for the American people." They then adopted the principle that it was cheaper to pay off the lawsuits for people that died in their cars than it was to fix the problems that were killing people.
The Ford motor company (on top of plaguing the world with fox body mustangs) paid strike-breakers to murder union leaders and end employee strikes. During the eighties they took a page out of GM's book and paid off lawsuits from the molotov pintos instead of recalling them.
They may make a cool car once in a blue moon, but that doesn't change the fact that they're immoral liars and murderers. I'll ride a Huffy before I'll drive a Ford or Chevy.
As far as the rice burners go, they're fine if you don't mind dumping your hard earned money into another country's economy. And any old vets may like to know that mitsubishi mad the planes that bombed pearl harbor! Forget about reliability and horsepower, read a history book and you'll go mopar for life!

it's us vs them it always has been always will be ,
just the way it is . in Australia our 265 hemi six cylinder charger still holds the title for fastest production carburated car . from early 70's - early 90's it was the fastest 14.1 standing quarter mile .
it was faster than all the 302's , 351's , 308's 327's 350's even our 318's , 340's & 360's LITTLE HEMI SIX .
thing is we don't need turbo's or boost just a heavy right foot
who won the war ... the fight continues .
