1966 Plymouth Valiant Drag Car - VERY Cheap!

I've had this car for maybe a few months or so.
Here is what I know:
I have a Florida title for it. However, the car has been off the road since 1993, and, in 1993, the title was notorized in the WRONG place.
I'm not gonna deal with it. If the buyer wants to spend the $200 for the title to get sorted out, have at it. I'm selling it here as an "off road only race car".

It's a 1966 Valiant. Very light car.
Body is quite decent. Surprisingly. The Hood is shot in front. Probably not fixable rust. Floors are so-so. Back seat is missing.
It's got a built 318
Dual quads on a tunnel ram
MSD
8 3/4 rear end
B&M shifter on an automatic trans
Racing seats and belts
Slicks on steel wheels (but they are probably junk by now)
Fuel cell with electric fuel pump
Pro stock hood scoop
Hooker Supercomp fenderwell headers

I got this thing to fire for 3-5 seconds several months ago on carb cleaner. So, I know it'll run. But, I've NEVER driven the car, and I don't know anything else about the car other than what i've told you here.
Please, don't assume.

Things it needs:
1) hood is pretty shot up front with rust
2) Needs at least one freeze plug (rusted out)
3) needs small leak in radiator fixed
4) Battery
5) Some basic wiring work up by the battery
6) Probably two tires
7) A good cleaning
8) a headlight
9) Back seat
*I have contacts here in Florida for two 1966 Valiant parts cars. One for $400, one for $800 obo.*

This is an excellent candidate for a rat rod sleeper. I would love to see some young kid buy this and put it back on the road. That's what I'd like to see. I don't think it would take more than a day. Really. From what I can tell.
However, what I'd really like to see is this thing out of my shop.
So, talks. My asking price is firm. Firm firm. I need for another car.

Also, I ran into somebody who knew the car when it was a drag car. He said it was quite quick for a 318. Fast enough that he remembered it.

Price: $1500
I can help with delivery maybe for a price

He has not been on since September. You may want to go to his profile page and send him a messege via e-mail.

If it is still for sale, I'd be very surprised as the drivetrain alone is worth his asking price.
