8.75 Third Member - 489 case
Here is my Chrysler '489 case third member that was magnafluxed, prepped, and built out by Mark Williams. It was built as a part of the low drag process with their billet caps, 35-spline aluminum spool, all new bearings, seals and Mopar pinion coupler, etc. Details of set up are in the work order that is included. I was orginally going to use this thirdmember for a front engine dragster project to run Nostalgia Eliminator and Pro 7.0 classes. I ended up selling the dragster chassis to a guy who did not want the rearend components (I also have an unmolested housing - see my other listing). This third member has not been run and has been wrapped and kept in my shop that is climate controlled. I held onto this just in case I built another chassis. Here are some of the specifics:
Richmond Gear Set - 629-0058 (3.91:1)
MW Spool - 53179 (35 spline)
MW Coupler - 40500 (10 spline)
