I've got a high quality forged B block crankshaft that's never been installed. It has standard rod and main journals but the stroke is only 3.25". It was purchased back in the 80s and has been sitting since. It's been coated to preserve the journals but will require a thorough cleaning to ensure the oiling chambers are nice and clean.
