Thanks! It has been a really fun project. Obviously with a lot still to do.
We are using a Chrysler 904 trans that we rebuilt and worked over with a heavy duty shift kit. It is going to work great, but the one bummer is that we lose the original push button shifting. I haven't found a way to adapt the car so that I could still keep that. We ended up going with a simple B&M ratchet shifter for now.
The rearend is actually an 8.8 Ford with posi out of an explorer. I believe it has 3.73 gears right now.
