We picked it up on Monday, and I love it already.

Got a smokin deal on it...was a florida truck and hasnt seen snow in 40,000 miles. We got the rest of the 6/80 warranty and the truck has every option except for power slider and 4wd. We already have 2 2wd trucks, so i wasnt worried about having 4wd, but it came with the 3.92 lsd towing package, which i did want.

and we picked up a free mopar black cloth tonneau last night from a friend..

well, i commented elsewhere that i didnt plan to modify this truck at all...but so much for that..

so, i put on the tonneau the other night, but thats not really a mod...i didnt plan on doing many mods, but i came across a can of VHT the other day..

i blacked out the tail lights this morning. i may have gone too dark, so i dont think that im going to do the third light right now.

de-badging makes a big difference. fishing line, compound, polish and an hour of free time... they also make small trim pieces that go over the top of the 06+ headlights that give the truck a meaner look.

i think everyone has said that when they get a new car/truck. my promise to leave it stock ended the next morning.

ive thought about getting a set of "eyelids" for the truck...i made my own for the stratus and i might try to do the same for this truck. i also blacked out the horizontal bars on the grill...also, i dont debadge. i drive a highline hemi and it has the badges to show...i dont know why anyone would want to make their truck look like a base model by removing the badges. i guess on some vehicles its ok, but not for me.

i live in michigan, and the tail light tint isnt legal...its one of those "everyone does it" things. surprisingly, at night its hard to tell that they are tinted.

On my 85 I spray tinted my tail lights, and didn't get pulled over, mine were about that dark. Just don't give them a reason to pull you over for anything else. hah
