I bought this car about 2 months ago and brought it home to Wyoming, My son turned 16 and is a car freak so we decided to get him the car for his B-Day and is now driving it around till the snow started flying, He plans to take the 440 out and rebuild it some and repaint the car and put the vinyl top it come with....So this is his new winter project and gonna get it ready by the summer.

 

Looks pretty good to start with.. IN snow country I would not install the vinyl top unless the car is stored indoors

That is a beautiful car your son is a lucky young man, that 440 is a lot of power for a young kid, hope he can control his foot

 

Those of us who remember the problems with vinyl tops "back in the day" would never put one ON a car which has been refinished without it. They are also much hotter in summer
