Apologize for a dumb question, I'm not a pro in English, so I don't quite understand the meaning of "default winner" ? Just wonder if I missed something or made something wrong ?

Tim sends out PM's and e-mails to the guys that are seconded and if they don't answer back there is no voting so therefore you would win by default.
