Biggest rim tire on scamp?
I have a 73 scamp i am building and would like to run a 16x8.5 rim with +8mm ofset has anybody run this size of rim? i plan on using a 225 or 235 60 tire, it is all stock, leef springs etc. i am worried about the front fitting. Or i would like to run a 16x7 rim with a +40mm offset with 225 60 16 tire. "Marvelous Auto Arcade" on youtube for my cuda videos and scamp vids coming soon so subscribe

P225/60R15 Goodyear Eagle+4's is what I ran out back... Sorry I don't remember the offset... I think these were off a 1997 Ford Crown Victoria Police/Taxi
I did not find anything large tire to fit the car without rubbing that I was ever happy with... I did like my skinny front runner wheels for a short time.
