Exclamation 1990 3.0 SOHC Dodge Dynasty

hey all, been working on a dynasty i picked up for free a couple days ago, it didnt run at all when i first got it not its drivable to an extent. typical lifter noise, sagging headliner "which has been removed for fixing" usual rust spots around outer gas lid and rear lower quarter.

list of replaced parts thus far include, 6 fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, "which is getting replaced again tomorrow because I got a bad one" 2 fuel lines, fuel filter, oil filter, oil, plenum gasket, front and rear valve cover gaskets, and oil pan gasket.

possible parts of interest to repair this coming week, as best as I can tell the IAC seems to be bad rough idle and what appears to sound like a miss, car runs the same with it hooked up or unkooked, doesnt trip the computer either I was gona look at the EGR but this car isnt even equipped with one, not sure how common that is on the dynasty, possibly going to be looking into the TPS sensor and MAP sensor as well depending on how it runs after the IAC swap.

now here is my question, I know the current FPR is bad and im gona be swapping it out, but where on the fuel rail do I hook up a fuel pressure checker, and about how much PSI should I be seeing on the rail? I dont have a Haynes or Chilton manual as I didn't deem it necessary for the minor repairs im doing.

any pointers, or help will be much appreciated

Auto zone "loans" [rents] a fuel pressure testing kit. It requires a deposit equal to the purchase price, $150. It has all the instructions in it you could need for tapping into the fuel system. The manual also has all the recommended FP's for all common cars. Sounding like this car aint so free? Can you tell me more about the "miss"?
