2000 cirrus 2.4 blown pcm/ecm fuse

Hi im working on a 2000 cirrus 2.4 where do i begin, origonal problem overheating, replaced water pump timing belt and idlers. well it had also blown the head gasket pulled head had reworked and installed then the fuel pump died. Replaced fuel pump assy. ran for two weeks fine, then after a hour+ drive pulled into store to get gas then pulled up to car wash stepped on brakes and car died.
after some looking found pcm fuse blown, replaced fuse then it blew as soon as the key was turned on. so far i have replaced the computer and checked the fuel pump and coil pack both good still blowing fuses and wont start?????
Any Ideas of where to look next?

Hi well when i unplug the asd relay the fuse holds, also i have unpluged the coil pack and fuel pump with no change, could it be the cam sensor or crank trigger shorted? i havent unpluged them yet, looks like the main oxygen sensor is fed from that fuse also. Chasing shorts arent my favorite. any sugestions?

Thanks for pointing in the right direction. and yes it had some oil leaks when i started working on it so the wire insolation just crumbled which caused the short. crappy wire and poor maintenance... i have some wireing to replace and hope it starts.
Thanks again.
