I posting it here as well so more people see it
Ok I am officially stumped i have a 66 dodge monaco with a 318 it bogs when i hit the gas and as of yesterday it wont run for longer than 5 mins. So heres the list of things ive done. new push rods, new head gaskets and intake gaskets, rebuilt carb twice, rebuild distributer, new coil and wires and plugs, new water pump, timing checked.
tomorrow i will readjust air and fuel screws by screwing them in and pulling them out 2.5 turns each than hooking up vacuum guage and adjusting till i get best vacuum reset timing and check if all valves are opening. but im so lost on what it could be any suggestions will be amazing im trying to get it goin good for mopar fest on the 15th.

compression, fuel and ignition make your engine run. i'd guess that the compression doesn't go on and off. check for spark when it dies. if you still get a spark, your problem is fuel. flooding usually leaves black or wet plugs. a lean mixture often leaves them white.
mine were black i replaced them i dont know where to set the screws on it i think it may just be trial and error? also my fuel guage doesnt work if i ground it it reads full if not it reads empty had the sending unit rebuilt when i had the tank relined
plugs are black..?
sign of running rich..
is the choke & choke pull-off working correctly..?
is the float level set correctly?
is there a speck of dirt or rust blocking the needle & seat open?
(the above can also cause flooding, and gas in the oil as well)

Good to hear you got it all sorted out! Did you get the fuel gaguge fixed? If not this is something to look at (thanks to Scotts74birds):
