First off make sure you figure out if u want a strip car or a cruizin car once you go wild and crazy with a cam and such it gets really hard to cruiz with it go to and engine shop and discuss what you wana spend and what you want out of the motor for starters get your heads decked maby 3 angel valve job just really think about what you want to do with your motor

strokers arent always the best thing to do if you just build the engine properly it will make just as much power.....get a good cam and head with a good Valve job and good set of valves and you will make a great deal of power it all about air flow the cleaner you can get it in and the faster you can get it out the better you just dont throw stroker together and it works you have to build around it

Use the 3.790 stroke crank it'll run better and last longer, do some research there's piston and ring issues running that big crank in a short deck motor.
