340 heads

I'm not to good on computers but here I go. I have a 1970 340 in my 73 Scamp, it has small valve heads. what would be better a set of 1968 x heads or aftermarket aluminum heads.

If it is stock ? Leave it as is... Should have Maybe J heads on a 340. If you go to the expense get aftermarket aluminum
