440 numbers help

440 numbers help

im new to mopars and i just bought a 440 and was just wondering what its from or if theres anything specal about it.here is the numbers from the side of the block 3830990-440-8

i got the number from the pad up front and it looks like 5 maybe 10 440T and heads are 4008452 and 8304
