Awd GT engine swap to a hemi

Hi guys I'm looking to buy a new GT charger all-wheel drive I know it doesn't come with a Hemi so I was wondering if anyone here knows if I were to do an engine swap to a 5.7 or a 6.4 adding a supercharger as well will the GT set up be able to handle it. Are there any other modifications that would have to be made like the differentials for example can they hold the power. I know with a really good tune I want to try to add anywhere from 150 to 200 extra horsepower. Of course I want that going straight to the wheels. Anyone that can answer this question for me I would be grateful. The only other thing I thought of was getting a 2011 through 2014 all-wheel-drive RT and supercharging it. But then I lose out on there 8 Gear transmission. Any suggestions?

Nah I'm good, I love the look of the chargers from 2011-2018. Not a fan of Jeep. Really need to find out what I asked before I move forward making purchases to start the project.

Sounds like a really cool project,
I would be interested to see if heavy duty enough parts are available????? Or do they all have to be custom made?

There is a reason they didn't put a Hemi in those cars. It's because the AWD drive train can't handle the torque of the Hemi. Seriously Dude? You're going to buy a brand new AWD GT and swap in a Hemi? Just add a supercharger and after market exhaust system to the Pentastar.

Ya I feel you, I've seen the RIPP superchargers on them and they make up around mid 400s to the wheel. But I'm interested more in having a modifiable beast engine with an AWD system. Traction is truly the only thing lacking in the high powered chargers, with an AWD system you should have better traction especially on take off, my whole thing is to have a daily and toy car in one. Fully functional. Not to mention the pentastar can only take so much power addition, the hemi however can take a lot especially if forged. I'm looking to get at least 550whp. That's my number. Plus I wouldn't buy a new GT I'd be buying it used and hopefully high mileage to mitigate the cost since the engine is coming out.
