D800 413

i can get a 413 from a D800 dodge truck..are the front acceries inter changable with passenger car engines....or are they not..like the standard big block chey..and the chevy big block truck engine..i can get this engine cheap and would like to put it in my 77 dodge pickup...any help would be appreciated

You have a usable short block only (minus cam and gear drive) if it's not the 8 bolt longer crankshaft, not compatible with car transmissions.

Lot's of work to turn this into a car/light truck engine, I say pass.

coronet500 thanks for the reply...i will pass on it..ill keep my eyes open for something else..i going to the chrysler nationals this weekend maby i can find a rebuildable big block there resonable price

Short block should be the same as the rest. But the rest of it could be Industrial and would not do you much help. I would look for complete unit to Swap...

Just my 2 cents

But a large Valve 413 Industrial head is a working "*****"...
