Talking Dash light situation

Hey everyone! Ihave another question about my 1969 Plymouth fury III. My dash lights for my speedometer and other things aren't lighting up. The fuse is good so I'm thinking that the bulbs are just burnt out. How do I find them?!?!?! Haha very noobish question but, I don't wanna go digging around and mess something up considering I've never taken a dash off a classic. Is it your basic dash set up or is there anything I should be looking out for when I got to take it out? Help ....

Usually it is the "rheostat" wheel that is bad in the headlight switch. What did I tell you about "the next thing"? Haha! Some times a removal and a cleaning will fix it. Chances that ALL the dash lights blew out is zero! Just in case....http://www.napaonline.com/Search/Det...+50056+2056038

i have the same problem with my polara. But i don't really care, none of my guages work and i don't really care how fast i am going. Have the lights ever popped on for you when shifting in to reverse? it has happened to me a couple of times. But to get back on your topic if you reach up behind your dash, head on the floor status, you should feel the sockets for the lamps on your dash. It works off of a fairly simple circuit board to send power bewteen the lights. It is likely that you have a few lights blown but if they are all out go for the dimmer switch.
