I would like to replace my points distributor with an HEI electronic distributor. I can find a HEI distributor for the 331 engine but cannot find one that shows fitting a 270 engine. Any advise on one that would fit would be appreciated.

Hey Bob what is the name of the electronic conversation kit you can get for point distributor?
is it Protronix or something like it?
that might be the only option for your Hemi, the conversion is kind of a hit or miss. I’ve seen comments about how great they work and some about reliability issues but there are a lot of kits out there.

 

Yes, Pertronix is a good one, Dont know if it will fit the 270?
The fella's at HAMB may know? but i do not...
