Fuel line questions

Hello, everyone. Last friday Jeannie and I went on a local cruise and was having a good time till the Belvedere went down. We are running a 318 out of a '74 dart, with a 2 barr. carb, and noticed we were only getting fuel down one barr. With some further investigation the fuel pump isn't pumping hardly any fuel, not a problem we installed a new fuel pump and still only one barr. getting gas, we take the carb apart and find enough dirt to plant a garden , so hopefully after we get the carb rebuilt it will run again. Finally my real question (sorry to drag this out), the fuel line running from the fuel tank to the front of the car is copper???? I don't think this is original but the line is bent really nice and apears to be run under the car correctly. We've but a new tank under the car before this and the clear fuel filters are staying clean, I just wondered if I should replace the fuel lines while i'm here.

Thanks Mitch and Jeannie

Unless the copper is corroded, I'd leave it. You could always replace it with a stainless steel line if you really wanted to.

Line looks great, I was told you'er not suppose to use copper??? We're going to a car show next weekend I think I'm going to leave it for now, less work for the time being.
