Hub Assembly

I have a ‘68 D100 2WD it currently has drum brakes on the front as far as my knowledge goes, haven’t been able to look, but I’m just curious to know if I could use the hubs off my ‘72 so that it has disc brakes in the front. Does anybody know if this is possible? Thanks.
