Indy big easy heads

i have brought some indy big easy heads to go onto a 440 but have few questions that im hoping someone will be able to help me with.
first question is do i need valve covers w/spray bars
2nd question is i will be running a super charger manifold and as i believe the heads are taller so im guessing there will be a gap from manifold to block is this correct if so whats an easy answer

thanks for any help

The Spray bars will all depend on the engine build and the oil Mods done to the engine block. Best to consult with your engine builder to know weather your going to need spray bars or not. This might even require a custom spacer for the valve cover to head.
But yes those Indy head take spray bars as far as I know.

Check with Good Vibrations or Blower Drive Service and see if they have a manifold too accommodate the build.

All kind of issues come up with engine building... Nothing is for sure, Lots of venerables.
