Can anybody share some advice on replacing the instrument panel bulbs in a 1966 Chrysler Newport? They seem to be to quite difficult and I'm avoiding having to take the dash out for one bulb. It's the bulb behind the shift indicator.

 

Did you ever get this my whole dash is out just wondering

 

You need to elaborate on this one. Is it a console shift or column because the approach for both is different.
