ohms value of ballast resistor

What kind of ohm's value should I get when I check the ballast resistor? Its on a 78 cordoba with the lean burn system removed, and if I understand correctly I will have 4 wires going to the resistor; two on each post?

I hunted and hunted but I couldn't find the info, that I know I've seen, and thats the ohms resistance of a ballast resistor... My memory aint what it used to be but I'm thinkin it was like 0.08 or so....But don't bank on it either...
