Hi,

I have a 1965 dodge Phoenix as a project car. I am trying to get the dash lights working, when I remove the gauge assembly and remove any of the bulbs they look like they are intact and should work. When I run a voltmeter across the terminals for the dash lights I only get about 2 volts. Can any one let me know the voltage I should be expecting through thIs circuit ?
