Power Steering, Which Fluid should I use?

70-74 Mopar B Body, recomended power steering fluid 2084329 is no longer available. Anyone know where to buy it?

The replacement specified as MS-5931 MOPAR but it mentions on the bottle "may damage seals on pre 98 vehicles"

Someone mentioned DexronII or DexronIII should be safest to use since its got less detergents than 5931.

Can anyone comment please?

Thanks..

Most newer vehicles all use ATF/Dextron III fluid. If you don't want to use that, you should be able to get normal power steering fluid from any parts store.
