Steering tie rod ends 47 Chrysler New Yorker

The dust covers on all 4 tie rod ends are gone. In replacing the ends it appears like the inner and outer ends are the same. As the listings say inner right/outer left. And it appears like the only difference between the 2 outer ends is the location of the grease fitting. Can anyone add some clarity to this question?

The deference is in how they are threaded, so the collar that connects them can be rotated and the distance is longer or shorter as needed for alignment.
