swapping 93 magnum into 83 ramcharger

i am swapping a 93 magnum out of a dodge van into my 83 ramcharger. what I'm looking for is information as to what wires i need to make it run and what wires are for ignition, fuel pump, oil press, coolant temp etc. if worse comes to worse ill fab a new gauge cluster and use manual gauges. I thought there would be more information out there. i plan on using o.e wiring for the body lamps and such

The best way would be to get as much from a 93 pickup as you can and use it. Wiring harness dash etc..

Then your going to need the wiring diagram for both vehicles to blend everything together.
Good luck with your venture, Tom

I went LA to ‘92, opposite of you but what I found was you’ll want the computer with all sensors, trans, fuel tank/pump and the gauges. The LA doesn’t need the computer to run or charge but the gauges/dash to run the truck.

In your case removal of the gauges will mean removal of all the electronic sensors and at that point the electric charging system won’t work as the voltage regulator is in the computer and needs engine input to function.
