Hi all im new to the forum but was gonna see if any one might be able to explain the easiest way to adjust valves.

I have 65 belevedere II with a 273 2bl carb, and all of it looks to be original. I am pretty mechanically inclined, im mean I understand how a valve train works, I just have never physically done the adjustment and my original shop manual lacks any real description of how best to adjust the valves. Ive had the car for about three months and am just trying to get everything running as well as possible.

any info would be great
